Two-incarnation demo

The Eternity Champ! demo has now been updated to add a second incarnation, which will unlock when you attain the Knight's purpose.

I haven't been able to solve the antimalware false positives affecting the Windows executable; if you're uncomfortable with that, just play the browser demo.

Please don't read too much into the development time between this version and the one-incarnation version. Eternity Champ! is a spare-time project, and not my only spare-time project. The amount of time I put into it will vary.

I intend to implement at least two more incarnations, even if I decide not to develop Eternity Champ! beyond a demo state.
