I was unable to prevent Windows Defender from spuriously flagging the Windows executable demo. Thanks to some fresh SDL3 updates (e.g. https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/commit/028107124358a3d256c8c3acf4e4db6f20e4c34...), I was able to build a browser-based version instead.
